I am a qualified Counseling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional, developmental, and psychological challenges — including anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and major life transitions.

My experience spans both public mental health settings and private practice.

In my clinic in north-west London, I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy — a form of talking therapy centered on deep, attentive listening and open dialogue between client and therapist.
