The 18b Practice website is used for information, room rental and referral purposes only. You are advised to contact the therapists directly from the contact details given on the therapists’ page.
If the enquiry is about room rental, your emails and any personal information will be passed to one of the administrators of the 18b Practice. This information will be held for as long as you decide to work as a therapist on the premises of the 18b Practice. Your information will be deleted if you decide not to work in the 18b Practice or when you are no longer working at the Practice.
If the enquiry is for a referral to one of our therapists, your emails or any other personal information will be passed to the therapist you’ve agreed to see. Our therapists have their own privacy policies in place which they will be explain to you when you meet. The information you give through the email attached to this website or over the phone, which might be your contact details, name and any personal information, will be held until a referral has been made or when you decide not to proceed. At this point all your information will be deleted from our database.
We do not use your data for marketing purposes or pass it on to anyone other than the relevant administrator or therapist.
Details of all enquiries including the date of query, your name and outcome of the enquiry are kept in a password controlled electronic device.

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic. If your email service does not support TLS, you should be aware that any emails we send or receive may not be protected in transit.
We will also monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.
Should you choose to contact us using an email link, or our contact form none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors.
Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Should you choose not to consent to us using your contact details in any form submitted, please contact us by phone or direct email.
This website is hosted by 3rd party servers located in the EU which are compliant with EU legislation.
