The task of counselling is to help you deal with any immediate issues that are causing you pain and give you an opportunity for in-depth exploration of what has made you the person you are today. Ultimately, the aim is to give you an opportunity to explore ways of living more resourcefully. I believe these resources are in you.

Therapy is a dialogue beyond just words, at its best, it’s truly being in tune. As a therapist I'll pay close attention to what you bring to the session as well as what is left out.. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space to help you explore your issues. My approach is integrative which means that I combine ways of working from different theoretical approaches and schools of thought in order to best meet a client’s changing needs as we progress together through therapy. Regardless of a modality of therapy, it’s an authentic, warm and empathic therapeutic relationship that is absolutely at the core of successful therapy.

I welcome your enquiry. I see clients (over 18 years old) in person in North London (Golders Green NW11) and if you cannot make it in person/are abroad, online sessions can be arranged . I work short term (10-12 sessions) as well as longer term for deeper self-awareness exploration.
