Professional Profile
Do you sometimes feel low, worry and like things are out of your control? Perhaps something has happened in your life that doesn’t make sense or it feels like it’s too late or too frightening to make a change?
With over 10 years’ experience working in NHS and Charites I offer a warm, and calm approach to help you identify your own strengths, and to empower you to make the right choice in the here and now. It is important for me to help you better understated who you really are and give you an opportunity to make your own choices, because when “our beliefs change our behaviour follows”.
I believe that therapy is more effective when the client and therapist set goals together. I will try to help you recognise that we all have the potential to live the life we want rather than the life we have been taught to live.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy depends on a client's needs and this can be discussed at the initial session.
