Professional Profile
Shiri Gurvitz is a fully accredited and Chartered Counselling Psychologist. Her relational therapeutic approach explores dynamics in the therapeutic space to inform and personalise the therapy. She specialises in psychodynamic, third wave cognitive behavioural (including CBT, ACT and mindfulness), existential and phenomenological therapies.
Central to her practice is the belief that everyone deserves a safe space to explore and honour their lived experience of being in the world. By placing the therapeutic relationship at the centre of the work, she aims to create a safe, supportive and respectful environment in which clients can effectively explore and work through their challenges at their own pace.
