I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist & Counsellor who has focused my work in supporting people heal from interpersonal wounds, their impacts on current relationships and how they reflect on self-image, interpersonal skills, relationships, work life and parenting.
Some examples of those wounds are childhood painful or traumatic experiences, Domestic abuse experience, child sexual abuse, sexual violence, parenthood, migration and intercultural issues.
That sometimes you try to hide or forget, but its consequences keep impacting your present life. With kindness we can explore how you want to relate to those experiences now.
I work creatively in trying to find the best way to support my clients in the enduring journey of self-exploration and healing trauma.
I add my previous experiences at the NHS and third sector to my work with private clients.
I work both long and short term.
